My name is Josh Kellerman, and I am the founder of
Chai Fit - The Online Fitness Membership for Yidden.
I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and I specialize in helping busy observant Jews with their health and fitness goals.
Having been through my own transformation and losing over 40 pounds before I became a coach, I really get what it's like to be on both sides of health.
In times like these, self-care is more important than ever.

Chai Fit was borne out of the lockdown period with Coach, Josh Kellerman. Josh was running a successful fitness studio for Jewish men and was forced to pivot with the evolving circumstances. Josh is a passionate fitness professional, Dad and aspiring G-d fearing Jew. Having been on his own weight loss journey, losing 20 kgs (over 40 lbs) before becoming a trainer over 10 years ago and helping hundreds of people with their health and fitness goals, Josh really gets what it's like to be on both sides of fitness and what it takes to get results.
